| Meeting Agenda | From the desk of secretary : Minutes of BOD and general combine meeting : President called meeting to order. National anthem. President rtn Dilip congratulated past president rtn ashish and his team for rotary international citation. PP rtn ashish and past treasurer rtn gorakh presented statement of acc for year 22 - 23 which is duly audited. Discussion was done for same and sum clarification was needed , which the CA will clarify. Treasure rtn Vijaya presented budget for year 23 - 24. It was amicably decided and passed in BOD and general meeting to increase membership fees by 1000 rs from 1st July 2023 per member. So, rotary members fees will be 13000 for one year and rotarian spouse who are rotary members will pay 9000 rs from 1st July 2023. It was decided and approved to held one general meeting in a month on place of 2. So now as per this , 1 st Wednesday of month will be BOD. 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of the month general meeting which ever possible. Last week of month family night. It was decided and approved that BOD will be hosted by BOD members. As there are 20 members in BOD , 12 members will host BOD , remaining 8 members will host weekly general meeting. Club will host only 4 general meeting . Yesterday meeting of BOD cum general meeting was hosted by rtn Mustafa Contractor. Rtn nitin introduced Mr ashok shah as prospective member and as ashok shah was past rotarian , it was approved for same for his membership. Projects for 3 months was presented by president : 1. Blood donation at RPTS. 2. Tree plantation at RPTS 3. Food distribution at municipal school , sponser by rtn anil , Fariyas. 4. To decide about 15 th Aug program. 5. Eye check up camp. Rtn dirubhai felicitated rtn pp ashish , rtn pundalik , rtn gorakh for 22-23. Rtn dirubhai also wished president rtn Dilip and his team for year 23 - 24. Meeting was adjourned followed by dinner.
